Easy Homemade SpaghettiOs

Instructions
In a blender add the tomato purée, half onion and garlic cloves. Blend everything well.
Place a pot over medium heat. Add the butter and stir until melted.
Add the tomato paste and cook it for a minute whilst stirring with a spatula.
Add the tomato purée, salt and black pepper to the pot. Add the pasta and 2 cups of water. Stir to combine.
Cook the pasta for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking to the bottom. If needed, add a little bit more water.
Add the half & half and stir to combine. Continue cooking for 4–5 minutes in medium low heat.
Add the parmesan cheese and stir to combine. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the pasta is ready and the sauce is thick.

Notes
Best enjoyed while it's still warm with some more parmesan cheese on top.
Instead of half & half, you could use single cream or whole milk.
For babies under 12 months, leave out the salt.
