Healthy Blueberry Oat Pancakes

These blueberry oat pancakes are great for breakfast or as a snack. With no sugar added and also gluten-free, babies from 6 months can enjoy them but also older kids and parents. Perfect for the whole family and ready in less than 30 minutes. Enjoy!

oats
(quick oats or old-fashioned)

banana
▢
1
egg
▢
1 ½
teaspoons
baking powder
▢
¼
cup
milk
▢
½
cup
blueberries
▢
butter or coconut oil
(for the pan)

Instructions
Add the oats in a blender. Blend until grounded.
Add the banana and egg to the blender. Blend until creamy.
Add the oatmeal, banana, egg, milk and baking powder to a bowl. Lightly mix with a spatula.
Cut the blueberries in half and incorporate into the batter.
Warm up a pan and add a bit of butter. Add ¼ cup of the batter.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip to cook on the other side.
Continue until all the batter is gone.

You could use cow's milk or an alternative milk of your choice.
