boneless chicken
(450gr) cut into chunks

onion

olive oil

garlic

sweet green peas
▢

carrots

lemon

fresh dill

ground black pepper

Instructions
Dice the onion, roughly chop the garlic cloves and fresh dill. Cut the carrots into sticks or slices for older kids.
Place a pot over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the olive oil.
Cook the chopped onion for 1–2 minutes. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 3–4 minutes until brown on all sides.
Add the sweet peas, chopped garlic and carrots. Season with ground pepper and salt (if using any) and stir to combine.
Add a cup of water and turn the heat to medium-low.
After 10 minutes, add the chopped dill and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Continue cooking for 20 minutes, or until the veggies and chicken are cooked.

Notes
For babies under 10 months, you could press the peas with a fork when serving.
You could add more vegetables like potatoes, mushrooms or zucchini slices.
Store any leftovers in the fridge and consume within 2-3 days.
