These puff pastry mini pizzas are perfect for busy days when you need a quick, kid-friendly meal that the whole family will enjoy with ease. They are baby-friendly, for little ones who follow the BLW method. Serve them with some cucumber sticks, steamed veggies or a salad on the side for a full meal. Enjoy!
Cut each puff pastry sheet into 4–6 rectangles. With a small knife, score a border about 1-2 cm from the edges of each rectangle, careful not to cut all the way through.
Add one tablespoon of tomato puree to each pizza slice and spread to cover the inside rectangle.
Sprinkle some oregano on top of the tomato.
Add a handful of cheese.
Place any toppings of your liking like pepper or mushroom slices on top.
Bake in a preheated oven to 375℉ / 190℃ for 20–25 minutes.
Add any arugula or basil leaves after you take the mini pizzas out of the oven.

Notes
You could use blended canned whole tomatoes instead of tomato puree or passata.
You could use Italian seasoning instead of oregano.
For older kids and adults, you could add a pinch of salt with the oregano when seasoning the tomato.
