Fluffy Apple Pancakes (no sugar)

These fluffy apple pancakes are great for breakfast with some fruits and yogurt on the side or a drizzle of maple syrup on top. They are suitable for babies that follow the BLW method, toddler and older kids. Enjoy!

Instructions
Peel the apple and grate it. Add it to a bowl.
Add the egg, milk and melted butter. Mix to combine.
Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix to combine.
Place a pan over medium heat. When heated, add a quarter cup of batter.
Wait until you see bubbles, for 1–2 minutes. Then flip and cook on the other side for another minute.
Continue until you've used all the batter.
