Your little one is going to love these French toast roll-ups. They are so easy to make and ready in less than 30 minutes. Perfect for breakfast, as a snack or to add a couple in a lunchbox. Serve them with some yogurt and fruits on the side. Enjoy!
Cut the crusts from the bread slices. Then, using a rolling pin, roll until flat.
Spread the cream cheese in two of the slices, leaving 1 inch from each side. Cut the raspberries in half and place them at the end of each slice. Roll the bread up tightly.
Spread the applesauce in two of the slices and roll the bread up tightly.
Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the peanut butter. Spread the mixture in the remaining two slices. Roll the bread up tightly.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until well combined.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add half a tablespoon of butter.
Dip 3 of the roll-ups in the egg mixture and then place them in the pan.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, turning them around to cook on all sides.
Add the other half of the butter and repeat with the rest of the roll-ups.

You can use white bread, brown bread or sourdough bread. Whichever is your regular and you have at home.
You could use cow's milk or an alternative milk of your choice.
Instead of peanut butter, you could use almond or cashew butter.
Instead of raspberries, you could use strawberries cut into cubes or blueberries cut in half.
