In a bowl mix the milk, egg, melted butter, vanilla extract and coconut sugar.
Add the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Combine with a whisk until the flour is incorporated.
When the waffle maker is heated, add batter to it and wait until golden brown.
Serve plain or dip the heart waffles in chocolate and add some sprinkles.

Notes
For a single Dash waffle maker, I use about 2 tablespoons of the batter. Then if there is any excess when puffed up, I cut it out with the scissors to form the heart shape.
Instead of coconut sugar, you could use a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
