These homemade strawberry puffs are a hit with the whole family! Serve them with yogurt and fruit for the little ones, enjoy them in a bowl of milk, or snack on them straight from the container. Toddlers, kids, and even grown-ups will love their fruity crunch. Enjoy!
In a food processor, add the dried strawberries and oat flour. Blend a few times until all mixed and resembles coarse flour texture. Empty it in a bowl.
Add the maple syrup, nut butter, coconut oil. Mix everything until it becomes like dough.
Rest in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until it becomes harder and it's easier to shape.
Take a piece of the dough and shape it into a golf ball. Roll it into a rope about a inch thick.
Cut it into little pieces about half an inch wide. Take each piece and shape it into a small ball. Place the balls on a lined baking tray.
Continue with the remaining dough until it's all shaped into little balls.
Bake in a preheated oven to 325℉ / 160℃ for 14–15 minutes.
Let the puffs cool down for 10–15 minutes before removing from the tray.

Notes
You could use almond butter, peanut butter or any other nut butter of your choice.
Let the puffs cool down as they might be soft and break easy when you get them out of the oven.
