These pumpkin spice waffles are perfect for fall, full of warm spice aromas and just the right amount of sweetness. Serve them with some fruit or yogurt on the side. They make a great snack, breakfast, or even a fun addition to your little one's lunchbox. Enjoy!
In a bowl, add the milk, eggs, pumpkin purée, melted butter and maple syrup (if using any). Mix everything until combined.
Add the flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice and ground cinnamon. Gently mix with a whisk until incorporated.
Add about a ¼ cup of the batter for each waffle to your hot waffle maker.
Cook for 4–5 minutes, until the waffle feels firm to the touch. Repeat with the remaining batter.

You could use store-bought pumpkin spice or make your own by mixing 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of ground ginger, ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves and ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
