Sweetcorn Fritters (Baby-friendly)

Easy and quick sweetcorn fritters with a slightly sweet flavor. Soft and easy to handle for babies from 6 months old, toddlers and older kids. Serve them on their own as a snack or with some Greek yogurt on the side. Enjoy!

Instructions
Add the sweetcorn and peas to a pot with boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes until fork tender.
Chop the onion. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a small pan and sauté the onion for 3–4 minutes.
In a bowl, add the cooked sweetcorn and peas, and the sautéed onion.
Add the rest of the ingredients, the flour, baking powder, egg, milk, ground pepper and garlic powder.
Mix everything well until it forms a thick batter.
Add the olive oil to a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat.
Place 4-5 heaped tablespoons of the batter into the frying pan, leaving a finger space between them.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove the fritters and place them on a plate with a paper towel to absorb the oil.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
