These strawberry banana popsicles are the best way to cool off on a hot summer day and perfect for both kids and adults! With only 3-ingredients, you will be making these popsicles all summer.
With the temperature rising up slowly, there is no better way to cool off than some healthy fruity popsicles. Strawberry is my daughter's favorite ice cream flavor so it had to be the main ingredient when we tried making our own homemade popsicles.
These strawberry banana popsicles have passed the test, both kids and adults love them. They are easy to make, in just a few minutes, with only 3 ingredients and most of all, sugar-free. A healthy little treat that we can all enjoy guilt-free.

🔪 Step-by-step Instructions
So get your ingredients ready and let's get started!
01. The process is really easy here. You will need a blender or chopper with strong blades to chop the frozen strawberries. I'm adding the frozen strawberries, banana and milk to the container.
02. I blend it until it's all smooth. It's alright if there are small pieces of strawberry left for texture or if your little one is picky, you could blend it until it's creamy.
03. Next, I'm pouring the strawberry and banana mixture into the popsicle molds till the top. They usually have a little line indicating the top end when filling up. If there are any air gaps then I just tap the mold a little bit or you could also use a small spoon to push the mixture down.
04. I'm adding the little sticks and now it's time for the freezer. I leave the strawberry popsicles for at least 4 hours to get hard. Then, to get them out easier, you could run the molds under tap water for a few seconds.

- You could dice fresh strawberries and add them to the molds.
- You could use cow's milk or any other milk of your choice.
- For some extra sweetness, you could add a couple of tablespoons of honey or maple syrup.
- If you don't have popsicle molds, you could add the mixture to a freezer container and serve it in scoops.
🍽 Serving suggestions
Run the molds under tap water for a few second to be easier to get out. As with all types of ice cream, serve immediately before it starts melting.
Although these strawberry banana popsicles have baby friendly ingredients, it might be difficult for a baby starting solids to hold a popsicle. If you have a young baby, then I recommend serving the ice cream in a bowl and offering it with a spoon.
🧰 Storage
The strawberry banana popsicles could last in the freezer for 2–3 months, but they usually disappear within a week in my family.
❓ FAQ
Make sure the banana is ripe, or you could add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup for a sweeter strawberry banana popsicle.
